1-     Cheeni ko halka sa grind kr lain,

2-     Phir ek chota sa piyala ly kar cheeni us main daal dain ,

3-     Cheeni main leemun ka ras, honey, coconut oil or akhir main baking powder shamil kr dain ,

4-     Tamam ajza mix krney k baad laip ko hathon or paon py lga kr thora sa massage kre 2 min tk us k baad 5 min k liye chor dain.

5-     5 min k baad  saaf pani sy dhoo lain,

6-      3 din main farq khud mehsoos kren.
